| Authur Swift has a broad background
in all aspects of telecommunications networks and customer
premise equipment. Arthur has exceptional oral and written
presentation skills. Areas of particular expertise are Telecommunications
consultation, new business development, implementation and
project management. Product expertise includes; digital private
lines, T Carrier, and Frame Relay/ATM implementations.
Authur has been with Lanmark Communications from July
2000 to the present, acting as the Managing Partner in New
York, NY. He is the founder of a full service Telecommunications
consulting firm that emphasizes project management and implementation
of major Network and Premise Telecommunications installations
as well as the optimization of data and network architecture.
The company has extensive experience in network security,
building management and development of client business opportunities.
From April 1998 to June 2000, Arthur worked as a partner
with Jones & Swift, LLC Partner Larchmont, NY, a full
service telecommunications consulting firm. The firm was
established to assist Fortune 1000 and Government clients
take advantage of emerging telecommunications technologies.
In addition, the changing telecommunications market landscape
has become a source of confusion to clients. The firm is
uniquely qualified to advise clients on the best roadmap
to employ to take maximum advantage of this changing landscape.
Prior to Arthur's work with Jones & Swift, he worked from
January 1997 to April 1998 as a Consultant, Project Managing
for KTI Communications New York, NY. He managed the relocation
of all voice and digital private line circuit for the New
York Mercantile Exchange and the New York Commodity Exchange.
Responsibilities included timely implementation of over 1200
private facilities, as well as, training, interviewing and
trouble shooting for over 250 commodity trader/brokers.
Before moving into his consulting posistion with KTI Communications,
Arthur worked from January 1994 to December 1996 as Vice
President with Telecom International America, Inc New York,
NY. He was the Chief Operating Officer for United States
subsidiary of Telecom International of Japan. Responsible
for selection of all telecommunications equipment for formation
of a major reseller of telephone service to Japan. Overall
managing of G3R Definity system, Voice Response and Private
Broadband network. Formulated and implemented a billing
system to service 2000 customers.
From June 1964 up until January 1994, Arthur worked with
various telecommunications assignments of increasing responsibility
within the former Bell System, its spin-offs as well as
other telecommunications firms. For example, AT&T Consumer
Products, AT&T Information Systems, Positron Industries,
