Director of Marketing
Mr. Michael O'Malley has specific marketing experience in the e-commerce culture. He has been extremely successful in developing and implementing marketing systems as well as product designs focusing on new business development. These include telecommunications software, contract services, and training manuals. Mr. O'Malley has had great success with ACE since early 1998.

Director of New Product Development
Tobin Kent began at ACE in 1999 and has been instrumental in developing many of the current software systems. He is now managing development teams creating new and innovative systems for ACE to market. He is also responsible for daily operations and offline processing for these systems.

Prior to working with ACE, Tobin spent 12 years working on Wall Street's front and back office systems. Platforms ranged from PC-ATs to Sun Sparc3s and incorporated many 3rd party packages and languages. For the majority of the period, he supported Equity Derivatives trading and was responsible for rapidly implementing new product pricing calculators and portfolio management systems. Speed and accuracy are demanded in that industry, and to last for over a decade proves that Tobin has the discipline and dedication to deliver quality software. He graduated from New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business with an MBA in Finance in 1987 and from the University of Minnesota in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science in Business.
