| ACE was approached by one of the major
telecommunication carriers to solve ordering transaction problems
and order volume issues they were experiencing. Acting as
a Pseudo CLEC (Cooperative Local Exchange Carrier) for a telecommunications
carrier, ACE developed a proprietary system that runs the
EDI order and pre-order volume testing, prior to the Public
Service Commission (PSC) testing in accordance with the 271
filing.
The ACE proprietary system checks and verifies the accuracy
of all transaction processing by various systems as well
as to allow for any necessary fixes or enhancements prior
to PSC auditing. ACE has provided this invaluable function
in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Virginia and New
Jersey since early 1997 and was instrumental in the carrier
getting approval to sell long distance.
