| MBR (Metric Business Rule System) is
a web-based application that was developed by ACE for one
of the largest telecomm carriers. ACE currently maintains
a web application and data repository for Carrier to Carrier
(C2C) Guidelines.
The MBR system insures the integrity of the C2C documentation
so the process of adding, deleting, changing and approving
the guidelines is consistent.
As with any business, there is no room for redundancy.
The MBR system eliminates that issue by identifying similarities
to enforce data integrity. The web-based MBR system has
helped to greatly reduce our client's manpower currently
needed to maintain the documentation, perform the actual
measurement programming as well as the time required to
perform quality assurance auditing of the monthly reporting.
