Austin Computer Enterprises, Inc. Named One of New York's Fastest Growing Technology Companies in 2003 by Deloitte & Touche's "Fast 50" Program

Yonkers, N.Y., September 14, 2003 - Austin Computer Enterprises, Inc. has been named to Deloitte & Touche's prestigious "Fast 50" Program for New York, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in New York, Westchester and Rockland counties. Rankings are based on five-year percentage revenue growth (1998-2002). These companies, which impact a broad spectrum of industries, are defying conventional wisdom by consistently expanding their revenues over a substantial period of time.

Austin Computer Enterprises Inc. (Company) has been rapidly growing over the past 10 years, and is positioned to have another very large growth spurt. Spending millions of dollars of our own capital on research and development, they have tested vertical markets, marketing and sales concepts, built a stable production facility (located co-terminously with EZ-Pass) and a solid team with core competency. The company grows and shrinks along with the revenue cycles, which keeps them lean, mean and a well-oiled machine. You do not win the Deloitte and Touche NY Fast 50 Technology award for the past three consecutive years while remaining profitable without solid strategic planning and leadership.

The Company discovered early the importance of being able to build an application in a time frame that distinguished itself from competitors while offering the same level of service, stability and security. To achieve rapid development and deployment, the Company designed and implemented a proprietary architecture using a strict methodology that dynamically generates functional screens for an application. This architecture utilizes the open nature of Internet standards to allow client access on virtually any appliance adhering to these standards and future migration to the latest technologies like PDA devices and smart phones.

The Company's business model is based on being an Application Service Provider (ASP). They have developed products running in our production environments for large Fortune 100 corporations and municipalities. The Company's architecture utilizes the open nature of Internet standards that permits client access from virtually any appliance adhering to these standards combined with migration to the latest technologies such as PDA devices and Smart Phones. The Company's software suites empower the end users to operate anywhere in the world on Private Virtual Networks. For any business entity, creating and maintaining a data system in-house can be costly, time consuming to develop and not secure when operational. This challenge poses an insurmountable task to an organization that does not primarily associate itself with technology or possess the significant resources necessary to undertake such a task. Since hardware and software technologies are growing exponentially, very few of these technologies are being utilized to their full potential. The Company solves this dilemma by delivering proven solutions that utilize the latest technologies, without requiring its client to provide the major IT infrastructure investments normally required to install multiple generations of new systems.

The Company hosts these applications while eliminating the high cost of facilities, implementation, maintenance, backups, monitoring, redundancy and technology training. Clients can focus on the day to day core business needs, while relying on the Company's seasoned full time staff of database administrators, network specialist and application developers.
